Acido ---I agree with you, however, that is footbal fans all over as you well know.
Wenger's record compares with any manager anywhere in the world with 3 Champions of the PL and 7 FA Cup winners plus one other final in that competition. 3 League Cup Finals and 3 finals in European Competition. In his 22 years they only finished outside the top 4 in the PL on 2 occasions.

Having said that, I think that he had decided himself that it was time to go because the fans did not appreciate his work any more.
