    Kevin Holt Departs

    Returns to Cyprus. Perhaps our weather was not to his or his family's liking but clearly a blow to Queens.

    Disappointing but he always looked like he had one eye over there. He just never looked to have the same hunger as he did his first spell. Those sprints down the wing and crosses over were a rarity.

    Yes for the first half of the season he looked a pale shadow of his former self but it did look as though he was getting back to something like his best before the shutdown.

    Heard this afternoon there was gentleman’s agreement between Holt and Queens if he received a good offer from elsewhere he could go. A bitter blow for the club but we move on.
