I have not downloaded the app and I have no intention of doing so.
The UK Government tried a scheme similar to this on the Isle of Wight and it proved to be a disaster.

It’s simply using the google & apple toolkit which was made available to all countries, yet UK government decided they could make there own... another epic fail.
