    Is Boris in charge of iFollow too?

    I've asked iF for a refund as I had to pay twice. Was told that the pass I had purchased last Friday was for the wrong match. I'm not going to buy in advance this week, so fingers crossed that the match I buy my pass for on Saturday isn't for a fixture next season!

    You’ve been robbed, when I tried going on it came up with a different game even though I went through our clubs site, I tried a few times before eventually getting through to ours after missing the start.
    If it happens this time then that’s me done.
    Tbh I was expecting problems has I had a few before with iFollow

    I’ve just got the email from them saying high volume of emails there may be a delay replying.

    Have emailed them 3 times now,nothing sorted,thought I`d try something else,but there`s no other way of contacting the ifollow monkeys,apart from a live chat on match days !
    Even rang the EFL,but they couldn`t help either.

    ....same response from them to me the other day, but nothing since......

    ....my C Card account is still -£30 for 2 matches.....
