This is typical of the SNP controlled Scottish Government who continually sweep bad news under the carpet in Brigadoon Scotland.
Health is a devolved matter at Holyrood so Nippy cannot blame Boris and the Westminster government for these shocking figures.

Which shocking figures are you referring to Islay? If I may assume you mean abortion figures then it is less of a health issue than a socio-economic one.
Additionally, there was an interesting report on this in The Scotsman.

There should be no need for this huge number of abortions in Scotland. Any woman can get the contraceptive pill on prescription from their GP. There is now the ‘morning after pill‘ and condoms can been obtained from family planning clinics free of charge.
Gone are days when a man after getting his haircut was asked by the barber if he wanted ‘something for the weekend’!!

You're aware of course that the pill, pre and post coital, can cause women health problems therefore many avoid it?

You're also obviously aware that condoms are not 100% effective? Or that some people are allergic to them?

Or are you really that far out of touch?

Of course there are some men that are allergic to a ‘Johnnie’ and some women suffer health problems when taking the pill but it should not account for 13,583 abortions at a considerable cost to the NHS Scotland annual budget.
