No Piglet,the answer was Keith Emerson. You missed the clue about chefs and I don’t think that Squarcialupi ever used a knife on his instrument, did he?

Anyway, there’s only one real item of news this week, ACIDO HAS REJOINED THE BAND. Yes the A-Team are back together and which of us is surprised? Acido, Altobelli and Mullen were this weeks’ bottom-feeders with 2 each, while Pete and Howoldboy were the bait-ball feeding sharks with 9s. Average score was 5.4.

The only contestants to move more than one position were Stephen, down 2, and the aforementioned Acido, down 3. Pete outscored Piglet and is back in second spot.

I make it that there’s six (6) more weeks of this, one each weekend., though there are also 9 (nine) outstanding postponed games to play. Theoretically, anyone could still win this. Well, apart from Frank, obviously. That would be wrong.

Anyway, some better scores this week, but also some poor ones. I only managed 3 while Pete was joint top-scorer with 10, so my lead is now down to 13. Average score was 5.1. Mind, I didn’t do as badly as Southblue who only managed 1. Stephen also got 10, so well done to him and Pete.

Southblue and Cayambe are both down two places while Nobby, Stephen and NZBlue move two places upwards. Apart from those, not a lot to report.

It’s all to play for and the next fixtures will be up tomorrow.
