Frank The Reneger was on 124 points after last week so shouldn't he be on 125 now?

Sorry Piglet, although Theodosius II was undoubtedly also controlled by his wife and eunuchs, the correct answer was Prince Harry.

Anyway, it’s getting interesting with only 4 weeks to go. I had another poor week so Pete has reduced my lead to 9. Good chase Pete. Pete also has a group of four chasing him which could make life interesting.

Mind you, I didn’t do as badly as this week’s poor relations, Davee and Stephen, who managed only one apiece. The lottery winner (possibly) was Southblue with an 8, so well done to him. Average was 4.7.

I won’t mention ups and downs because the biggest was only one place.

It goes to say that it’s all to play for. The wooden spoon’s already awarded to Flouncy Frank (feel free to point and laugh) but personal battles are there to be won, the winner is still a big question and pride, bragging rights and kudos are also important.

Time for a big push lads. Don’t forget that there are nine rearranged games also coming up, with the first three this Tuesday. Will they make a difference? Come back over and see.

No Piglet, the answer was Charley Boorman who, along with Ewan McGregor, traveled the length of South America on an electric Harley Davidson in The Long Way Up. I don’t think that they engaged in any botany, but who knows?

Anyway, back in the competition there were few changes this week. Getting lapped in the Haas was Acido with only 2. Time to pull into the pits mate. Shaking the champagne were myself, Cayambe, Tricky and Piglet with 8s. The only folk who moved more than one position were Howoldboy and Frenchlion, both down 2.

Average score was 5.2

Three more weekends then this thing is done and dusted! If I think that it’s been a difficult season I just stop and look at Rotherham’s fixture list from last weekend until the end of the season. Sheesh.
