    I’ve encountered a small number of Barristers on rare occasions as part of my job (planning appeals) and these guys are on another level in terms of intelligence, quick thinking on their feet, boxing clever etc. - I’ve never met a QC though but they are obviously the elite amongst the elite and even recalling the kind of ‘rising stars’ I’ve briefly worked with, it’s all about professional reputation, which then leads to increased fees - they will never take on a lost cause and if you look at the best ones, their CV’s and the reputation of the chambers that they operate from say it all. Make no mistake about it, the two QC’s that have agreed to take this on are intent on winning and further enhancing their status amongst the top of their exclusive profession.

    Aye - he has gone for the best of the best.

    This has further upped the stakes so something is happening.

    I suspect the prem don't realise how vindictive he can be when he feels he's been wrong/mocked/screwed about.
