    Dyche

I’ve seen it all now , flood interview prostituting our manager , of course we want him to stay but if he wants to leave we won’t be afraid.

What is going on , I know you can look at it two ways but I honestly believe our manager is up for sale.

    We have lost the plot.

The control of BFC. . . . . . . . . . . let me rephrase that Army, the lack of control and pore business structure of a Premier League Club is embarassing, Flood was discarded by Garlick and Co when his company went bust, with words from the Board "He will never be associated with BFC again after his underhand dealings with his own company" (Midas I think it was called).

And then all of a sudden he's back on the board, which IMO says a lot about Garlick, and then yes these comments from Flood again IMO say's a lot and should never have been said.

Regardless of how we keep surviving in the PL we are in a mess Army, from a lot of angles

Yep I also think that in a round about way they're pushing him now --- comments like floods should be kept internal , even if they think that they shouldn't say it.

Stupid because it just weakens our position with transfers in and out ,

Typical Burnley though timed to perfection , we haven't signed anyone except a back up keeper and we look like we could lose our centre back , why not to full not and piss the manager off as well

The current board of directors along with the manager have in the main been responsible for achieving and maintain premier league football whilst keeping the club on a sound commercial footing but now seem to be losing the faith of our manager by keeping the purse strings to tight.
The 20 / 21 season as already started, with no sign of our team being improved. We have a so-called director virtually saying that if a club would pay the release clause in our managers contract the board would not stand in their way. That press statement would appear to suggest that the rift between the board and the manger is wider than first thought.
Since we achieved premier league status our investment in the team as been substandard, with some incoming player either not being good enough in the eye of our manager. One has to question just how fit for purpose our recruitment team is, or are they just obeying orders from above.
Although I cannot say I like our style of football, which is mainly down to the playing personal that we have available, Sean Dyche has been an exceptional manager and deserves to be backed.

Aren’t we supposed to be strongly linked with a striker from Mainz in the Bundesliga ? Or is that another fairytale from Hans Christian Andersen ?

We have reportedly offered £8 million and the buy out clause is about double that. I've just had an exceptional wedding anniversary dinner out with the Child Bride, I did not offer them half of the asking price.

We are starting to look a bit silly I think.

We are looking like and behaving like we have gone into full self destruct mode. A premier team with a transfer policy from the outer space and bargain basement bidding some unknown dude and even then not prepared to pay. It's so sad.

Yes but with the money we have accumulated while being in the PL the Club will be in a sound substantial footing for the next ten years, now where have I heard that before ?
