    Rodrigo Vilca

We are on the brink of signing the 21 year old Peruvian playmaker for £250,000 according to reports.

He has been called up for the Peru International squad but some reports say he could be a little lightweight for the Prem at the moment.

lightweight doesn't really matter - its how you use what you have. Joelinton is no featherweight but hes knocked off the ball like he is a feather.

    Aye.

Hopefully if we do get him he's as good as our previous Peruvian.

According to a Peruvian journalist he is not like Solano but more in style like Almiron,he is skilful but often gets fouled off the ball and needs to bulk up.

Which would make sense with the talk of him going out on loan straight away to get use to English football.
