    Osborne Joins Leamington

    As the title says really.

A good move for him to go to the National League North, If he plays regularly.

I'll be monitoring his development as i think he's got potential to do well.

    Excerpt from the Leamington OS...

"...The Nottingham born 21 year old left National League Notts County recently after deciding to pursue regular first team football in order to further his career, and the persistence of Holleran, coupled with a glowing reference from our former striker Colby Bishop, persuaded Sam that Leamington was the place to do that...."

Probably a good move for him to drop a division to get regular first team football and sell himself back to a higher level if he is able.

Probably on more money there than Notts. Fair play to him for leaving for regular opportunities but he's found his level for his ability right now. Sadly where Notts want to be and his level do not align currently.

I thought he'd end up at Basford with the rest of them. He's made a brave decision and I wish him all the best.

Good luck to him at Leamington.
With regular football, I've seen enough to believe he'll bounce back up to a higher level a little later in his career.
