    No R in the month

The R standing for relegation. No relegation for the Dons in May.
I know we shouldn’t really be celebrating a dodgy 1-0 win at home to Dundee but in these circumstances I will make an exception.

No point turning this thread into a wake for season 21/22
    Let’s look forward.

Goodwin’s the manager, we need to back him, but bloody hell he’s got a job on his hands.

Get rid of the vast majority of them.
No pissing around, clear the decks.

    COME ON YE REDS

Here here. Let's all try to be positive and see what happens over the summer. Back Goodwin and hope he has a plan for a clear out and re-recruitment.

I dont expect miracles in one window but am hoping for some positive signings and a bit of progress.

Well, I'm expecting a big improvement anyway.

Players I like would be a start.

Due to the criminally stupid prawcess in hiring the manager, I’ll hang fire on the backing until I see any signs that he’s capable of doing the job he’s got on his hands. Nothing as yet.

    Over to you Jim

Not often I agree with you, but on this yes.

Goodwin has had a poor start with us, but hopefully he can turn things around, but f*ck it's a huge task.

Was watching the game on Alba last night and saw Curtis Main on the pitch for the Paisley Saints. Now I don't think he was the worst striker to ever play for us, but when DM reverted to signing the likes of him that was when things started to go pear shaped for us, we need to stay well clear of this type of player if we look to improve the team. We need proven quality to improve our fortunes.

A car crash of a season, but season tickets bought for next season so COYR!

I saw that on sportsreel ( or whatever they call it now) last night.

I did think, oh f'uck, Goodwin must have signed him.

What’s ‘proven quality’? We signed a former Scotland captain and two full international centre backs and our defence has been as leaky as … well maybe only Malcolm Tucker can summarise that adequately. After years of folk grumbling about it our youth development seems recently to have produced more successes than the transfer market.

    Aye
What we need is quality that is determined to prove itself.

Tough as f’uck with a couple of flair players would be a start.

    Fair viewpoint.
