I am critical at times of recruitment for the first team but I am amazed how we consistently seem able to pick up excellent youth players and then get them to the PL2 level. Just a pity not many progress to be first team regulars after that.

Owen Windsor I think came from Cirencester after a handful of games for them and over the least few years we have developed some excellent strikers but I can only think of Chris Wood at Burnley playing regular in the PL.
