Seen the thick young people of Liverpool having a jolly after ten o'clock in the streets, hundreds of em. Thick has ****.

Government looking at putting 6 more areas into Tier 3, including South Yorkshire.

The other areas being Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, the North East and Teesside.
