Quite possibly. I remember when he came having a disagreement on here with some and it was mainly down to semantics.

I questioned his famed "bringing youth on" qualities, citing that most of the young uns he gave 1st team time to and, indeed, developed into good players, were players he had bought abroad.

I described his football as "efficient" (as close a translation to "zakelijk" as I can come up with in relation to football) in that it was based on possession, safety first possession and the occasional rapier like attack.

My first point was true. More buys than "ones of our own". I am pleased to say that, thus far, the opposite is true. Having said that we can also point to Bielik, Jozwiak, Ibe, Duncan as examples of his "previous behaviour".

My 2nd point is also proving true. On the odd occasion we do manage to find a way through to get a shot off it is mainly through 3 or 4 quick, one and two touch passes leading to a shot.

Cocu seems to be expecting PSV style Dutch League football to work in the Championship. It won't. Every team we have played this season has applied a "full court press" and made life difficult for us. It's no coincidence. We have been well and truly sussed and we need a change of tack.

What...you mean like us signing a big German unit from Darmstadt this week? Might just happen.

That's ok then. I can't wait for an easy away fixture at Carrow Road this Saturday lunch in front of the cameras. I'm sure we'll play some real ***y Dutch football, laying down and being thrashed.

I'm surprised they haven't changed the TV match given the probable non competitive nature of our likely trouncing

Surely Rotherham vs Huddersfield would be a better watch

[QUOTE=ramAnag;39584812]Just for the wrist slashers...in 1992-93, under well respected Arthur Cox, we lost our first three games...didn’t win until the seventh attempt and still finished 8th.
Mind you, with an average attendance of about 16,000...the crowds were much bigger.[/QUOT

RA. In 2017-8 Norwich had 4points after 7games and still got promoted Did you know Norwich are the only team to be relegated from the Prem 5times
