    Classic songs that you hate

    Common People by Pulp

    Firestarter by The Prodigy

    Country House by Blur

All classics but I can't stand any of them.

Any other Oilfield Trash spent time in Houston?

If you have you may share my loathing for Hotel California.

There's others but that one gives me the dry boak and it's like a fckg anthem there.

Wonderwall. It was played to death to the point of exhaustion back in the day and i still can't be arsed with it all these years later.

    Flower of Scotland.

A slow dirge, nobody sings in time with the tune & they all look like w@nkers doing it. Changing it should be the first thing discussed on the Monday morning after the independence vote. Then we can move onto land reform

That’ll be Wild Thing by Chip Taylor, then.

Jimi Hendrix used it too. I once claimed that Chip Taylor was probably unique in having a song covered by both Hendrix AND Presley.

I think you're being too kind to Queen there.
Worth a fair few more mentions.

Stuart Maconie just about nailed it in describing them as ‘the pantomime Led Zeppelin’.

They should have quit after Sheer Heart Attack (1974) as their brutal take on glam up until then was OK.
