    Match Preview Burnley v Southampton

Buoyed as we have been by those Cup wins over Sheffield United and Millwall I nevertheless expect the Saints to cause us problems. They have practically a full squad to choose from whereas our injury list means we cannot be expected to go toe to toe with anyone. Could be a first start in Claret for Dale Stephens. Hope he has a bright debut. Hasenhuttl (it translates as rabbit hutch apparently) will have Danny Ings in his armoury and the former Burnley front man is in deadly shooting form. I would like to think Chris Wood can get on the scoresheet again for us this evening. If it needs to come from the penalty spot we need to keep a careful eye on Ward-Prowse as he put on a scuffing display in Iceland and I am not referring to roughing up the frozen food aisle in a supermarket.

No Barnes, no Jay Rod, Toekowski, Mee, Cork, Brady nor JBG means a tough night methinks.

Yes, Outwood, I noticed the scuffing up of the penalty spot ----by fair means and foul --win at all cost!

Not sure why so glum BT, this is the way your beloved Chairman wants it to be, apparently it's the key to our success at this level, this is how to run a PL club. Cheer up mon ami.

I have stopped being happy and I miss my beloved Turf. Will I die before I can go on the Longside again?

Another chance for Dunne and Pieters seems a decent signing,a useful utility player. If we sign Wilson maybe Vydra will be on his way out but there is something about him that I like,he will have a chance to shine today.

Wilson will be a great addition if we can get him. Burnley are a good club to join. Many have done well here. Live Long and Prosper. I say that with a smile. Vydra should stay as well.He has a nose for goal. We will need him.

    No Tarky again.

That Toe of his must be a Hum Dinga !

The folk at BFC must think the fans live under a stone, or they dont value us to be honest, and who the phuck in their right mind would purchase a player for Millions of £'s who's injured, again I'll say they are extremely amateurish, they told us lies about Keane having a bad back before he was sold to Everton, now its Tarky, pathetic.
