    Wycombe v Swansea

A potential banana skin match today as we take on Wycombe Wanderers on their own patch. After beating Oxford in the L1 play-off final last season, their start to life in the Championship hasn’t gone to plan so far, with a 0-1 home defeat to Rotherham, conceding a 92’ goal, and a 5-0 pasting at Blackburn, after being down to 10 men on 57’.
With them not having scored a goal so far and us not having conceded any, Swans fans are nervous that we might slip up if we are not properly prepared.
There are two ex-Swans at Wycombe, Adebayo Akinfenwa and Alex Samuel. Bayo is on the comeback trail after a knee injury, Samuel has been an unused sub so far.
It’s an early kick off 12:30 and is being shown live on Sky Sports.

Hands up those who enjoyed the match yesterday.
It went a bit flat towards the end though as we ran out of steam.
We should have used our subs earlier, they need the match practice.
With the intensity of the two per week games coming up we’ll need all the squad match fit to rotate the players.

First time in a 100 years we've kept a clean sheet in the first three games of the season according to the official site.
Now if only we had the backing of the owners we could do something this season.
