When I clicked on BackRows link it took me straight to the page. I noticed my Arabzone name and password got me through to buy the ticket.

To be honest some of the narkiness on this thread is uncalled for. There's plenty of people who are not great with computers and I don't think the system is actually as easy as folk make out. Particularly if you're using a smart TV for away matches, it really is a bit of a faff. Anyway can we have a bit of patience and give advice without the exclamation marks and anger? There are plenty of luddites like me out there...

I agree, it's really overly complex with all the different sites. I guess that's just a consequence of things being done in a hurry.

May as well summarise as I see it.

Home games; for season ticket holders use vstpass.com as per the email received from the club. Non season ticket holders (home or away fans) go to ppv.dundeeunitedfc.co.uk, register and buy a ticket.

Away games; you need to register with the away club's PPV website and buy a ticket.

DUTV is what Arabzone used to be and I don't think that's changed (name aside).

Seems some confusion whether it is linked to DUTV or not.

Might help if you add PPV when searching.

There is an email address or contact number at the bottom of this receipt , it might help.

Bit weird tho..... If you are struggling to buy the ticket, you are not going to get the receipt with the help on it

Since you're a mod 😎...... you should make a thread similar to this post as a sticky for the remainder. It seems every week folk are having the same issues. One post for everyone to go to instead of raking through an entire thread to find step by step instructions.

Assuming what you say is correct of course. 😂
