Wilson- Is he signing or not ?

We are supposed to be strongly linked with this player so why is it not done and dusted yet ?Is it the club just pretending to be interested to keep us all happy , as SD appears to be denying all knowledge of the deal. If he is coming here, how long does it take to finalise it ? What is the problem ?
