    Hammers Matchday Thread

I know it is only three games I but I feel this is a very important game in terms of where our season is going. Player wise we are what we are going to be now [does that make sense?]. West Ham are a team we should be handling more than comfortably if we are the team we think and hope we are. We shall see.

    Come on you Wanderers!!!!

A win by a couple of goals could see us in the top 6.

Semedo starting in Dendoncker’s place. Vinagre starts LWB, otherwise a predictable lineup.

Perhaps not. Wolves s;eeping on a quick free kick, nice goal from the excellent Bowen!

Turning into a decent open game, just need to take our chances when they come along.

In honesty West ham should be home and dry if they had have taken their chances. They may come to regret in the second half.. We are at times playing some good football, but we just need a break in front of goal. Neto again looking good.

HT..Hammers 1-Wolves 0, but it so easily could have been two or three more for the home side. Once again, Wolves were painfully slow coming out of the gate. Sadly, it is an aspect of our game that has become all to familiar over the past two years. West Ham started very brightly and continued play with great intensity. When scoring the only goal of the half, Bowen demonstrated what a dangerous player he can be. Antonio had our defense looking very ordinary. Neto worked hard, but we saw little from Jimenez. Nuno will need to inject greater enthusiasm during the break, if we are serious about taking points from this match......so come on you Wolves !!!

As you sat Grizz, our trademark slow, inept start. Unless we find a cure for it this is about as good as we are going to get.
