    Jota

Scored one, could have had a hat trick! Looked like he was born to wear the shirt, much to my surprise.

    Good for him!

He missed a chance a few minutes earlier but took his goal well. It will be interesting to see if he gets a start any time soon, and if he does, will he play the full 90 minutes. With the players around him he should score a few goals.

I think the Jota move to Liverpool surprised us all, his inconsistency, his lack of assists, the fact he couldn't get a starting place in our lineup week in week out... Don't get me wrong he's one of the best there is when on form and I'm still gutted he's gone.

An interesting article follows particularly the bit about how Sadio Mane has been converted into an 'elite' level player since joining Liverpool... I guess the hope is that Diogo will follow the same path?

Its lovely to see all the messages of support etc. for Jota (and I'll add my voice to them), but as much as I admire what Nuno has done (and I REALLY do), does Liverpool's signing of Jota show that Klopp has something "extra" as a manager in either what he sees or what he gets??

Possibly, but I think the biggest difference is the calibre of players around him when he has the ball, so many options for him to pass or use others as decoys etc. A different world!
