    Why is this open to a vote? The premier league should have rewritten the rules close season and said if this happens again then this is what's going to happen

    It's taking this long because the decision has to go to VAR

    Well if the Cship votes on this matter then we should obviously adopt the Tranmere proposal of no relegations which now that time has moved along was a great idea and very fair.

    ...thought i read somewhere that 1 of the conditions of a bale out would be no relegation of the Premiership on last years terms??
