Rumours led me to believe the fee was a lot more than £250k and 40% sell on is better.

What facts except it's a undisclosed fee? Paul has told us exactly what the rumours have said.
Sell on fee of 40% or more! What kind of fact is that? Fee wise we have had figures from 250k to 600k and plenty inbetween. A well written article piece by Paul without disclosing the true facts.
