    Attacking football with 5 up front done correctly gets results Oz.

    Tottenham in 1960/61 became the first team to complete The Double in the 20th century using the 'flying five' up front and we used that scenario well last season too.

    Pitches,balls today and relatively few tackles flying in create the ideal situ for it.

    Wow! That Spurs side won their first 13 games of the season. A record that stands to this day, i think. Dave Mackay went on to play for Derby County, i believe. Everything changed when alf Ramsey introduced the wingless 4-4-2 in 1966. A formation thst some clubs adopt to this day.
