Blah first half with all the usual culprits. Lack of energy, poor passing, prdictable and a tendency to give the ball away. It has to get better, right?

Luckily for all their huff and puff Fulham never get many people in the box when they attack so they are not much of a goal threat. But you never know.

Thought Kebano drew level there. Wolves need to tighten up, just let a cross get all the way to the top of the box too, left alone by 2-3 wolves players before Saiss cleared it

Thought Kilman had a reasonable game, given the opposition.

Generally Blah. We look very ordinary all of a sudden, almost like loosing Jota and Docherty has took all the spunk out of us. Which it may have! Don't know what the answer is, that ain't my pay grade.

Could be worse though, we could be Man Utd!!!

We needed a win after recent results. A win was more important than an exciting free flowing game of football. Fulham offered little apart from a few decent attacks in the last third of the game.

Take your mind back to two season ago. we couldn't put a stubborn Huddersfield away, and last season we failed to break down a packed Brighton defence. Yesterday we did the hard yards and a superb goal from our best player this season gave us three points.

There were plus points as well. Kilman shows he is comfortable at this level, and Coady recovered well from a shaky previous game. Semedo also started to show why we have invested in him.

We are still trying to get used to a new system and new players need time to bed in. We have also invested heavily in the future by signing some of the best young talent out there. The coaches will work with them and gradually they will become part of the pack. Just like Nevis and Jota did.

It is unfortunate that the International week has taken nearly all our first team squad, leaving Nuno to work with some of the youngsters.
