2 of the managers Gerhard Struber ( Barnsley ) & Richie Wellens ( Swindon Town ) resigned from their positions to go to other clubs, Struber to New York Red Bulls, & Wellens to Salford City

Stuart McCall was given a 12 month extension on his contract in November, plus told he would be backed in the January transfer window, but he & his assistant Kenny Black sacked.
Why give a contract extension, then sack em a few weeks later, so the club has to pay more compensation.
Someone in the boardroom seem to not know about keeping the money in the coffers.

Eric.....it might be an extension to the original contract which would have stated a set amount if they get sacked.
