    Surely the injuries he has suffered (regularly) would be the main reason for disposal, not retention?

    I would sell him - we have cover (as long as Llorente isn't too badly injured from this week's match).

    Loan him out till Jan, with a recall option that we can have him back if needed.

    Will give him game time to find form & fitness and make a decision from there.

    He is the only senior LB we have, everyone else is a shoe in and I think it would be hasty to get rid of him early doors in our first season back in the premiership.

    Possibly but he has one year on his contract left so don’t suspect we will get much for him. Think Bielsa given what he has said publicly about him we will keep him unless he wants to leave.

    having a good influence for younger players is not to be sniffed at too.

    he has done a decent enough job when called upon recently but get why people wouldn’t be bothered if he went.
