    18 Club Prem, no League Cup or Charity Shield. 25% of TV deals to the FL, £ 250M bail out, no parachute payments

    Sh1te. More unabashed greed (long term), dressed up as a move to "help" Non-PL clubs, about as sophisticated a land-grab as a lump hammer to the head, but hardly unexpected.

    Absolute greed called for by the two most hated and horrible clubs in the world.Money grabbing clique looking after their own interests and wanting all the power..

    Agree - looks like it will get voted down. Seems they have been speaking to the EFL ceo and media channels before telling the rest of the prem.

    1st of all, there is a certain level of uniformity that exists in European leagues. Everyone plays 38 games. Was the plan for this proposal to be adopted by all European leagues? I certainly didn't read anything of the sort. This plan would have consolidated power in a few clubs and it would be almost impossible even after several years, for anyone to challenge them after being promoted. The only good thing about the plan is getting rid of Charity shield.
