    We have just followed the Americans, people are looking at different ways to get compensation.
    A lot of Health and Safety rules are in place because of liabilty.
    Wee Jonny falls in the playground and hurts himself, sue the council !
    Shuggie slips in Asda, compensation.
    Granny murchie trips over a broken paving slab, sue the cooncil., and so it goes on !

    It’s a dangerous road but that’s the way it’s going,I didn’t realise how many car crashes I had until I counted up how many phone calls I took informing myself of them without any knowledge.
