    Perhaps he is like a lot of us on here and is fed up of the way the game is going and wishes to divorce himself from taking part in progressing it in a direction that he disagrees with. Obviously, he can't say that because, officially, he is still in post for another 6 months.
    He is a shrewd man and although he was appointed in December 2019 he did not take up the post until June this year. It hasn't taken him long to realise that things will not progress the way he would hope that they would. Of course this is only my opinion and I hope that there is not some underlying health problem which has reared its head.

    Funny how he seems to not get a mention in Greg Clarke plans for EFL changes to a PL2 Or PBP. If this was by passing him or not supported by him I’m not surprised he left.
