    Looks to be a close deal now Watford have dropped out.
    Will be a very good signing even though at 31,this cant be a long term prospect for that role.

    Me too. It's weird how players just drop out of favor at a particular club.
    I saw yesterday that Palace had re-signed Nathaniel Clyne. I had completely forgotten him, but I recall him being very good a few years ago.
    That is one of those signing that could be a master-stroke on Hodgson's part, or a complete flop!
