Imo TA has done a good job.

He’s come in with the Ogrens and brought about a massive improvement

A few under par performances in the league cup and everyone is on the back of the players and management.

First season back and surviving comfortably with no stress at the end is my aim

Let’s be patient and stick together.

    Come on United !!!

I think the transformation since Stephen Thompson left is excellent. Keep up the good work all concerned.

Agree with this and LS, The set up off the pitch is why I'm so positive, am I happy with what's on it... No,
Would prefer not to have Connolly, Butcher, Bolton, Edwards and Pawlett but I can see we are being set up to succeed and it's going to take a few windows.

I thought Bolton was okay when played like a winger when he only had to get past a full back. Playing him at right back or right wing back means he has to travel nearly the full length of the park, lose forwards and midfielders on the way before he gets a crack at a full back. (he does get past them)

Jury is out probably, but I would like to see him given another chance as a right winger when LS slots back in at right back.

He must be gutted if told when we were selling him the club, that we had plans for him as an all out attacker, then due to circumstances he basically end up defending for most games.

Do agree that the infrastructure is miles ahead of what it was not so long ago and seems to have some organisation about it.

Yes. Very detailed. Very honest. Very worrying. But realistic nonetheless.

Really enjoyed the interview. Frank and honest but with some positivity and hope. Not at all what I was expecting, thought it would be much more structured and controlled. To me he came across as a passionate guy who has a clear plan and vision for the club. Definitely seemed more humble than I expected too. Worth a listen if you get a chance.
