TTT, you might see TA in a training video, and while you may not make any connections, i can think that its part of his job to be there now and again. Someone else more inclined to listen to rumours might form an opinion that said rumours are true after seeing TA appear in a couple of videos. So until anyone can provide the definitive evidence, im keeping an open mind on that particular rumour.

Well, with stuff like that you'll believe what you want to. IMHO it's not evidence he's interfering with coaching or team selection.

Link ups with Fulham, High performance this, in pursuit of that, run by manuals and templates used by clubs that can actually expect to be elite. Let's face it we're the 6th biggest club trying to consistently punch above our weight.

If Mark Ogren is happy spunking cash on a trip to Seville, fine. If I was the owner I'd say no. By the way, when he stepped up to the mic the audience will be thinking this is the Sporting Director of the club that got humiliated 7-0 off Alkmaar in the Diddy league and 9-0 off the Scottish league leaders.

Again, I don't dislike TA but we are not an Elite club. Let's win something first eh.
You've pretty much summed up how I am thinking about this elitist cr@p.

I also think his role should have some very limited input if we are to achieve the Ogrens long term profit objective, but the way i am picking it up, the involvement is way too much for me to be comfortable with if true.
aye when scouts are coming for specific players rumour has it he tells the manager they will play

the tangerine pound or should it be penny?

I’d hope that he was querying if Sevilla had any decent players we could get on loan.

it's scary some people believe that TA has a say on who plays and can dictate someone must play. If you like that kind of stuff, youtube has loads of conspiracy stuff that's more likely than that. Maybe try some JFK vids, or area 51

People leaving are not forced to sign NDA's, if team performances were worse due to being dictated does anyone really believe a manager would choose a short term pay off with NDA and a tattered reputation for getting their next gig rather than speak the truth that we have a maniac at the top who made them play players they didn't want. There is many things he can be accused of, but picking the team isnt one of them ffs

Not a phrase that works these days, IMHO. With social media there is plenty smoke and no fire. The Trumpers being the masters of it a few years ago.

Nowadays NDA's are agreed and already in the contract before it's signed, a just in case protection for both sides in the event of any partings.
