    Deadline day

We have approaches in for three players including Derby County's 21-year-old forward Jahmal Hector-Ingram, apparently. We must be flush!

EWM funding is now totally terminated and they will want their loan repaid. For the moment we have 'football fortune'.

In less than a year we will not have a pot to put a plant in. It is now an urgent matter to address that.

Nixon is once more talking about succession but he has been doing that for many years.

    Someone else.....

Carlisle United have today signed forward Micah Obiero on a loan deal which keeps him at Brunton Park until January 2021.

Obiero, 19, started his career at Leyton Orient before he joined Huddersfield's academy midway through the 2016/17 campaign, after a successful trial period from the XYZ Academy in London.

2018/19 was an impressive year for Micah, where he split his playing time between positions out wide and up front. Leading the line for the under-19s, he was the team's top scorer with 15 goals, as well as scoring in the short FA Youth Cup run.

He made his first team debut for the Terriers on the last day of last season, coming on at half time in the defeat against Millwall.
