    Swansea v Huddersfield

Huddersfield, presently 19th in the table, are not having a good time of it so far, with one win in four matches.
One to watch out for is forward Danny Ward, signed recently from our local rivals Cardiff.
With centre-back Rodon gone, we’ve lost a rock in defence. Our new signings of yesterday cannot play, we have no obvious replacement, so we either revert to a flat back four or bring in Naughton as a makeshift centre-back.
Ref today is Tony Harrington and is not our favourite referee. Harsh sending off of Bidwell at Bristol City. One nil up at Rotherham, then two controversial penalties in the last ten minutes and four yellow cards, we lost 2-1. To be fair he had a good game last time out at Middlesboro where we won 0-3.

    FT 1 - 2
What a terrible few days for the Swans. Lose a key central defender for peanuts, then our defence concedes two goals without him, thanks American owners for putting profit before ambition. Levy should have been told to take a running jump with his feeble offer and reported to the EFL for unsettling Rodon and eventually turning his head.
Now we have defensive problems as well as being unable to score goals. From huge optimism to massive disappointment.

    Three blows this weekend -
Key defender Joe Rodon has departed.
Key player Gibbs-White is out for 3 months with a stress fracture in his foot.
We lost for the first time this season with a very poor showing without these two players.
