Have the Board of Directors looked at the table and seen where we are ?

3 games in or not, it doesn’t make pleasant viewing. I know what you are all thinking. A couple of wins and we’ll be in the right half of the table. Don’t think that’s going to happen either. I hope the people who run this great club of ours are happy with what they see, because i’m Not.

    .

not to worry - Mal....S.D has only just recently reminded us, that the transfermarket is unimportant...and as far as the squad goes, is well rounded, generally - and yes, he's feeling a little stretched due to injuries, but otherwise..............................is quite content it seems.

    Mal

Is there anything different from what was being predicted during our transfer inactivity?

Older bodies; injured bodies; some have done their dash and some will never quite dash.

The Burnley philosophy is very obvious.

"Find three teams in the Prem that are worse than us".

Not pretty, but it is what it is.

Just think, if the season ended now because of the virus, they would have to work out some way to ensure that we are relegated just to keep the Board happy.
No doubt they can get the 'big six' to devise some method, even though it would be outside what the clubs have all agreed to before the start of the season.

I'm not so much worried about where we are in the table right now, I'll have a look after tonight's game, then I might start to worry.
