Agree Al. You only have to look at Pope at the other end who simply came out and caught every Pereira set piece. Still not convinced that we can afford to have Pereira, Krov and Diangana in same team. For all of their flair, they make us a little bit lightweight in the middle of the park.

I also think they are not big enough to help out the defence at corners and free kicks around the box. Added to that Furlong and Townend are not tall either we always look to not have enough height at the back for me.

I don't like criticising individuals too much but can anyone explain why Saywers was brought on. How was it going to help the situation as he rarely scores, is poor defensively and slow. I understand Robinson for Grant as it was Grant's first game and to a degree Phillips, as on his day he can produce something special, although a long time since he has.

A draw was a fair result but to my mind it doesn't bode well as a weakened Burnley were no better than many Championship sides that we put to the sword last season. Too many of our players are not performing to their potential. I include both Pereira and Diangana in this category. Most have to up their game.

I agree Leicester especially about Diangana needing to up his game. When did Phillips do something special though mate - my memory seems fuzzy looking back more than 3 years!!!
