    Coventry v Swansea

Let's hope for an all round improvement Tuesday night as we take on Coventry at St Andrews, Birmingham, their ground share stadium. Newly promoted they're finding live tough in the Championship with one win so far. Swans need to win this one to get back on track and get our new signings some game time.

Ryan Bennett comes in at the heart of defence and Naughton drops to the bench.
New signings Manning and Palmer subs, and Latibeaudiere is regaining fitness after injury apparently..

Another poor showing, highlight was Ayew’s goal.

Under pressure at the end, Coventry had an offside goal disallowed and hit the post. We move on.

Another poor performance. Coventry did their homework on us, we couldn't handle the high press and had to resort to long balls out. The only bright spot was Ayew's goal and Ryan Bennett at centre-back. Lucky to get a point in the end.

Misplacing passes, losing possession easily, defending too deep and booting the ball anywhere out of defence.
We have to be better than this at Bristol on Saturday or we'll get mullered.

We started off so well and continued where we left off last season. Then our best player departs and our best loanee gets injured and is out for three months.
Patience is the key I suppose until the new signings gel.

It shows how good Rodon and Gibbs-White were, when we got 10 points from 12 in the first 4 games, and they will be a big miss.
A point at Coventry maybe would have been okay in the grand scheme of things, but we lost at home to an average Huddersfield side a few days previous, which makes the lucky draw at Coventry feel even worse.
