The BBC to waste more of our money!

I’ve just read that the BBC is to spend £100 million, yes £100 million, on ‘TV diversity’! I just think that it is outrageous that they can waste so much money on nothing; one minute they’re saying that their production budgets are stretched and then they announce this! What is wrong with a meritocracy? The BBC have already appointed a woman as ‘director of creative diversity’, whatever the **** that means; I wonder what she does all day? It makes ones blood boil.

She probably makes the coffee and fetches the sandwiches at lunchtime.

I cancelled my direct debit with them so when my license expires on Dec 31 that’s it for me along with 1 million others who have cancelled in the last 12 months.

It’s an outdated organisation that I rarely watch and have no wish to fund. 85- 90% of television you can watch legally without a license in any case which is what I will be doing. Then there’s Amazon Netflix etc etc

I’ve almost completely stopped watching the BBC and no longer watch the National news, and leftie comedy shows or anything like Questiontime which I used to love and Newsnight since that Trotsky Lewis Goodhall got made top man on.

I’m looking forward to Andrew Neil’s new news channel.......I’m expecting more balance from the old beast.
