If that happens, it will be a complete reversal of what Bilic said two days ago, that he’s going nowhere. If the Club sell Hegazi against Bilic’s wishes, it won’t auger well for Slaven staying with us.

Hope he does not go. If he does go it will be against the wishes of Slaven according to what he was saying a couple of days back. It might be Slaven is not in control and if that is the case, then I am unsure of Slavens future.

If this is true then whoever gave the OK for this deal needs their head examining. When he last performed in the Premier League he did well and our back four looked a lot more stable in his first game back this season. It's interesting that this has happened after the window has shut meaning that we can't go out and buy a replacement. This will suit Lai as he can pocket the money with no outlay, or am I being too cynical?

I really hope not. Very shortsighted if we let him go and as said above, clearly against the wishes of Slaven. Straw and camel’s back looming ?

Totally agree! Perhaps its the same person who wanted shot of Grosicki to keep Phillips who is consistently s hite, and the one who negotiated whopping contracts with Austin and Zohore to the value of 120K per week!

Hegazi far better than anything we have and worked well with Ivanovic. Rate Hegazi much more than Semi who can be all over the place!

PS - It would not surprise me if Sawyers starts at Brighton and he's absolute s hite too! Gallagher had more energy than Sawyers will ever have so lets hope common sense dictates!
