Liked old Frank I did, always reminded me of my Dad, except for the drugs and debauchery of course. A stalwart from the good old days when we really did have freedom of speech.

Ron Flowers - Not! Was amazed to see him in the stands during the game V Newcastle, thought he died years ago. He looked good for 86 as well.

    Keep going old son!

Legendary Welsh Rugby player JJ Williams has died age 72. A former sprinter who represented Wales at the Commonwealth Games also scored 5 tries for The British Lions over two test tours. He was a regular in the very good Welsh side of the seventies, helping them to win two Grand Slams during this period.

"very good Welsh side"! Legendary, certainly the best Welsh side ever and one of the best ever worldwide in terms of electrifying play and entertainment level. Gareth Edwards, Barry John, Phil Bennett, J.P.R Williams, giants everywhere you looked. They were also the backbone of the greatest British Lions team ever. Great days when Rugby, like football was a pleasure to watch, uncontaminated by PC and Political horse crap.

R.I.P JJ, one of the best when best meant something.
