    Given that The likes of Zohore, Austin et al are all on £50k+ per week ....... got to say it makes sense to pay Pereira £45k per week ..... in fact the lad must be p***** that he’s “only” on £30k per week ...... seems like a good move by the club ...... albeit no doubt money motivated ..... on saying that if Man Utd offer us £30m in January and offer Pereira £80k per week it will make no difference anyway ..... don’t expect Him to be here beyond this season ......

    There's probably something in his current contract we don't like,

    I imagine its a buy out or relegation release clause.

    Although I'm guessing here..
