    Thought for today.

When we finally die will everything we leave behind still be there? Was it ever there in the first place, or has it all been just a dream in the sleep of eternity?

My dad always used to say.....”you’re a long time dead”.

    He wasn’t wrong.

Does a parallel universe with no intelligent life actually exist, with nobody to experience it? How do you know if you are dead?

I guess that if I find myself in a very hot place looking at a bloke with horns and a tail, I will be dead!

If there was no life anywhere in the Universe, would the universe exist?
Although i have been here 65 years I'm still not convinced that any of it is real.
As soon as you die you forget everything you have learned.
    What is the point?
Cloughie couldn't give a toss about Forest now.

To exist is to have consciousness of the self...that involves growth in intelligence to be self aware....
Most animals (not all) have no self awareness...many human beings do not have substantive self awareness of their own self or of life around them....one reason why the planet is in disarray at the present...to many unconscious humans in positions of power, that call for conscious beings....and voted in by the mass of unconscious voters...not looking great it has to be said....
