    Some of us were celebrating a fantastic PL win away against the team that was in 3rd place. So couldn’t spare the time to watch.

    So you wouldn’t have been crowing from the rooftops if Pompey had beaten Charlton on Saturday then ? And you were at home, and they weren’t even as high as third. Double standards are applying here I think.

    That’s all conjecture on your part.

    We would have been crowing about a win against an early season favourite to go up.

    Are you suggesting Villa were a candidate for top six position, at the end of the season? I’d think carefully before responding because you could make yourself look even sillier.
