The players are the players, they are bought from a budget which will allow a certain level of performance. The match day tactics and choice of match day squad are not down to the players they are the decision of the man in the bobble hat. So i suppose the criticism of players (and im as guilty as anyone else) who are only where they are due to budget and tactics is wrong. The criticism should be directed at the tactician and budget holder that put them there

Been saying it for ages. He just needs to let loose a bit more and stop being afraid of getting beat and we will get better results. The players are good enough to win games if he would just let them go out and play to win.

.....it's as daft as owt else put on here ....some think he's invincible/untouchable whilst others are realists and question some decisions which apparently are frowned upon. Such is 'open' debate which should be respected from all angles.
