Wigan to Everton was the equivalent to Dykes move from Livi to QPR. Hamilton didn't get anything when we moved from Everton to Palace which is what Dykes future move would be the same as.

The Dykes deal was and will still be a great piece of business by Queens

Unbelievable that some still underestimate Mr Hewitson

no ones underestimating hewitson johnny ,yes great piece of business but iv still to see hewitson show his hand when it comes too the first team squad ,hewitson and co are all about just survival of a club in his own way !! i want to see a bit more than that ,there maybe 5 or 600 diehards that will please but what about the rest of the dumfrieshire population ,that have zero spark in there bellies for queens ? ,if the diehards thinks its ok with that senario then all you can hope for is a small lower league club that gets the odd win here and there .

Queens have been a well established championship club for some time now thanks to some clever leadership from the BOD’s

Not blowing the transfer money from Dykes whilst we have no fans at Palmerston is an extremely wise and correct move. Other clubs aren’t as lucky as we are.

I see Scotland manager Steve Clarke claimed in today's Sunday papers he scouted big Dykes regularly when the Aussie was at Queens and was hoping to sign him for Killie to replace Kris Boyd but was beaten to it by Livingston.

After the highs of last Thursday night I was really gutted we blew two chances to win that league and be promoted to the A leagues.

We’ve a good team there but desperately need to start scoring more goals. A fully fit Leigh Griffiths is our best option IMO.

Just over 200 days until the Euros start on June 11th.

why the feck clark insists on keeping that cab horse mcburnie in the squad makes me think at times clark has lost the plot ,but he has started to make us tick with his style as you say we need an end product and mr griffiths is the main man ,nisbit from hibs would be a decent addition to the squad ,we now play a high press game which suits us scots .
