    Bristol away

No idea what to predict at the moment. I expect us to be a little more adventurous in our play. Can't see Rooney dropping himself. Brizzle have Covid issues.....

Before reading that I was going for Bristol 2 (Martin, Paterson) Derby 1 (Lawrence) but now I'll wait and see what effect quarantine has had on their squad.

I know it doesn’t make a difference, but I was optimistic and predicted wins in those two home games before the break. Didn’t ‘work’...so I’ll be pessimistic. A 3-1 defeat and crucial players to catch Covid.

nice little 1-0 win, Martin og.

every time this season that I was confident in a loss away from home, we have won.........

Maybe the "dead" hand of Cocu being lifted from the players will see them be bold adventurous and grab a win. On the other hand if that makes it more likely that Rooney will be appointed manager then perhaps a loss would be fine.

I feel guilty, but that was my thinking too! Hopefully see a win without any crazy ideas of it becoming a permanent appointment.

    PS sorry Mac haha

The better we do short term, the more likely to stick with Rooney surely.

And I suppose we don’t really know how good a manager Rooney is now, never mind his progression.

I also don’t see Wassell being touted for the big job anymore. What’s people’s thoughts on that?

Edited. Realised wrong thread but hey ho
