    Speaking of post deliveries a historic tax credit over payment bill was waiting in the Bedsit on my return from work today.Its for just under £400.Christmas FN ruined unless i can get a £1 a week deal from Rishi.

    That isn't your fault, it was their mistake. Tell them you are struggling as it is due to circumstances and that you are willing to pay, but cant afford more than a tenner per calendar month. They won't / can't force you to pay in full as long as you are not ignoring the bill.
