    We were just not good enough really. WTF is the last thing that DS says to the players before every half? It must be;

    “Listen, lads, I want you to have a quick power nap as soon as you get out there. Then spend the next 30 mins getting used to your surroundings”.

    Shambolic defending for both goals. We are carrying too many players and our finishing was poor. The same players repeating the same mistakes over and over.

    How many ‘bad games’ constitute a player being sh1te?

    We’re mediocre from top to bottom, which is progress, as we were sh1te. And we’re able to dish out the odd bloody nose, every now and then.

    The defending from set pieces and crosses is inexcusable, that's why we went one down to Southampton & got lucky with a disallowed effort before that which should have served as a warning. Mings is really starting to grind my gears, he was unreal in the Championship but since getting selected for England his decision making has at times been woeful - it's as if he thinks he's better than he is.

    Apart from that I was really impressed with our play and it must be gutting for the attacking part of the team to trudge off without anything to show for it. You can now be manhandled in the box, go on to score a perfectly good goal and have it chalked off because your fingernail was "over the line" yet the blatant foul goes unpunished. Surely the rules need to change to get the right outcome from these big moments in games (meaning the ref's decision to play the advantage needed to be reviewed), I knew as soon as I saw the replay it'd be disallowed yet it took those nerds at Stockley Park 3 or 4 mins?!

    Trez missed a sitter but it looked slightly awkward and on another day he scores that as he did a few times last season, he won us a pen & Watkins shouldn't have taken it with his track record. It just wasn't our night but the way we took the game to them was great to watch.

    Grealish - for all his brilliance (and I genuinely love watching him glide with the ball), his dive was embarrassing - he ain't the brightest is he, went down clutching the other leg and should have been booked. That ball to Ollie though, top stuff and on another night we easily win that game against a team now 5th with a quarter of the season gone.
